Sofrito: A Taste of Puerto Rico
Smell and taste the variety of colorful vegetables and herbs used to create sofrito—a staple in Puerto Rican dishes. Use it to season stews, sauces, rice, and more. Take home your own sample of sofrito and enjoy other delicious bites in this hands-on workshop.
