Gift Membership
Give the gift of Membership to a family you love. CMOM will present your gift in a custom wrapped package. Please order early to avoid the Holiday rush. Please call our membership office at 212.721.1223 ext. 227 or download the form and email back to us.

Corporate Membership

· All Corporate Member employees receive unlimited free admission for themselves and their immediate families, plus

· Email invitations to special membership events.

· Opportunity to upgrade to the next Membership Level

· If your employer is a Corporate Member, you can upgrade your benefits to the next level of membership for a $200 fee. Check with your employer or call the Membership Office to confirm your employer’s Membership Level. You must provide a copy of your current corporate ID in order to qualify. ACM
CMOM admission through ACM reciprocal membership is limited to two people per cardholder. View the Association of Children's Museum complete participating museums list.

If you do not want to join online you may

· Download a Membership Application in Microsoft Word and email it back to CMOM membership.

· Download the Membership Application and mail to CMOM's Membership Office, Children’s Museum of Manhattan, The Tisch Building, 212 West 83^rd Street, New York, NY 10024

· Stop by the Museum's Admissions Desk

· Call the membership office and join by phone 212-721-1223 ext. 227

Membership is effective immediately when submitted in person or within 5 business days when submitted by fax, phone, email or mail.

Policies

Membership

· Members Only Winter Hours start on December 6th - Saturdays and Sundays we open at 9am.

· Membership Cards are required for admission to CMOM. The admission staff may request additional photo identification for cardholders and/or caregivers before entering the Museum. The name on the ID must match the name indicated on the membership card. Please note: caregiver's children are not covered by membership.

· If a member does not have the membership card, he or she must show current and valid photo ID.

· Membership cards are non-transferable and are for the exclusive use of those individuals designated on your cards. Cards presented by non-members are subject to confiscation.

· Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

· The names of children and caregivers covered under one membership must be kept up-to-date in our records. To change or update these names, please contact our Membership office by email or by calling 212.721.1223 ext. 227.

· There is a $10 replacement fee for misplaced cards.

Corporate Members

· Corporate members must present a copy of a current/valid corporate ID or payroll stub dated within the last two weeks. Additional photo ID with matching name must be presented at the admissions desk.

· Corporate Membership benefits apply only to employee’s immediate family members. Nannies, siblings, cousins, grandparents, grandchildren and friends are not covered under corporate memberships. Spouses/partners with different last names must present a letter from their spouse (the corporate member) verifying their relationship to them.

Museum wide

· Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

· Groups of 15 or more must have a reservation prior to arrival at the Museum.

· Food and drink are not allowed in the Museum.

· Strollers are not allowed in the Museum. For expedited entry, consider leaving your stroller at home.
