Playgroups

Come Play at CMOM!

When CMOM is closed, we open the space for private playgroups. Your children and their friends will enjoy exclusive use of one of CMOM’s three award winning exhibits: Playworks™, Adventures with Dora and Diego or Gods, Myths and Mortals: Discover Ancient Greece.

Availability

  • Monday 2-3pm, 4-5pm or 5-6pm*
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday 5:30-6:30pm*
  • Saturday or Sunday (beginning in May) 9-10am

*Includes an option of pizza delivery for an additional cost.

Scheduling Options

  • Option 1 - Five weeks for $2500
  • Option 2 - Ten weeks for $5000
  • Limit 10 children per play group.

Thank you for making our 2010 Benefit, honoring Andy Ackerman’s 20 years as Executive Director of CMOM, a huge success! Because of your generosity, we were able to raise $1.2 million to support our exhibitions, programming and outreach into the community. Watch the video shown at our event!

Clean-Up Together, 11:15am

Have fun helping CMOM Educators clean up the PlayWorks™ Lab using music, sponges and brooms!

ages 4 & younger

Use tissue paper, water and glue to create a unique, textured painting.

Mural Wall, 1:30pm

ages 4 & younger

Mix paint on the PlayWorks™ Mural Wall with your friends. 

Kindergarten Readiness Skills: Science skills (color mixing and cause and effect).

Create a paper liberty torch.

Silly Stamping, 3:00pm
