For nearly six months, the COVID-19 pandemic has kept these treasures closed off to the public. But now, with infection rates remaining low, New York’s cultural institutions are finally throwing open their doors again – in a socially distanced and safe way, of course. The city’s major outdoor attractions were first to reopen, but now, museums are joining the ever growing list of organizations ready to welcome visitors again.
