CMOM Code of Conduct

CMOM encourages empathy across differences by elevating and providing insight into diverse perspectives and inviting visitors of all backgrounds to join our intentionally welcoming community and create and learn alongside each other. We require all staff, members, and visitors to act responsibly and be courteous to others within the Museum.

By reserving your tickets and visiting CMOM, you are agreeing to comply with the following Code of Conduct:

Be Kind: Be respectful and considerate to others utilizing the Museum space. Please take turns and model positive behaviors.

Be Thoughtful: Utilize our exhibits and space in a safe and courteous way in which all visitors can play and enjoy together. Please do not touch or verbally reprimand a child from another family.

Safety is Key: We ask that you always provide adult supervision to your children throughout your visit. Please do not climb in unsafe areas. For safety precaution, food and strollers are not permitted within the Museum space. Smoking and vaping is prohibited at CMOM.

No Question is a Silly Question: Please contact a CMOM staff member with any questions or concerns.

All guests must act in accordance with safety protocols and staff instructions. We expect visitors to respect CMOM staff and other guests. CMOM will not tolerate profanity, harassment, threatening language, and physical interactions. Failure to comply with these policies may result in immediate removal from the Museum and/or revocation of membership and/or ticketing without refund. CMOM reserves the right to refuse admission, revoke membership, remove any person(s) who violate this code of conduct or exhibit disruptive behavior likely to cause damage.
