To Reserve your complimentary tickets in advance, please visit our ticketing website and click “Member Tickets”, then follow these instructions: 

Use your company’s 5-digit Membership ID to verify access to Member Tickets. If you are not sure of your company’s Membership ID, please contact Kimberlean Donis at [email protected]. 

  1. Reserve tickets for your household. Employees may reserve tickets for up to two adults and four children per household. Adult tickets may be used for the employee, a spouse/partner, or other caregivers.
  2. Use your company’s email address. Please use your company-associated email address when reserving tickets, to help us verify your corporate membership.
  3. Bring your confirmation to the Museum. Please present your email confirmation at the admissions desk upon arrival. If you are sharing your reservation with family members or caregivers, a screenshot of the confirmation email may be used.
  4. If you do not have a reservation, please present a photo ID company badge upon arrival.
